answers and retain them until receiving your certificate(s) of completion. In
the event that your system disconnects in any way, or your course is not
transmitted to us for any reason, all answers will be lost. Triangle Trade
Resources, Inc. is not responsible for work lost for any reason.
Materials offered as study resources are not intended to provide actual test
questions, but are designed to be similar in nature. We do not guarantee that

Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Cost for
shipping is $6.00. A signature is required upon delivery. Be sure to
inspect all items upon receipt.
All items shipped within North Carolina are subject to state and county sales tax.
Refunds
Full refunds will be issued on non-software items returned within 7 days
of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, un-opened packaging.
Refund does not include any shipping costs.
All sales on computer software are final.
No refunds will be issued for continuing education courses.
